The slogan “The key to security” has been associated with the Elkron brand, unchanged in the lettering and colour. A slogan in English, to underline the international character of the company and its presence in more than 30 countries around the world, but simple to understand also for those who approach Elkron in Italy. A lasting connection with security, a key to understanding and accessing the world of protection for people and environments. A phrase that we would like to become known for those who enter into the world of security and for those who come into contact with the brand.
“Elkron is going through a phase of profound change, a global transformation that involves business processes, digital technologies and products under development,” says Enrico Porcellana, responsible for the Elkron brand. “The new corporate visual identity follows and expresses this change, makes it tangible without ever losing sight of the results and experiences of our history.”
The restyling of graphic elements, the language and the style have been chosen to symbolise the Elkron brand promises: a partner that always offers up-to-date products that are suitable for different installation needs and shares value with its stakeholders: professional installers, distributors and end consumers.
COLOURS – The original colours of the Elkron brand, red and black, continue to be used for corporate communication. The individual product lines differ in that they are characterised by two different colours to better characterise them and also to increase the visual flexibility of the visual identity: Fire alarm systems, represented by the same red as the brand, and intrusion alarm systems, represented by a dark blue.
ICONS – We have introduced new icons associated with product categories. The graphic style plays with the thickness, from thicker to thinner, and recaptures the wave pattern of the Elkron logo. The icons become graphic elements to be used on the various marketing communication tools, on product packaging, online and generally in the ‘digital ecosystem’.
PAYOFF– We have introduced a new payoff line, a phrase that encompasses and characterises the company’s thinking. Elkron represents the key to accessing the world of security: developing reliable, flexible and safe solutions for the protection of people and assets. Elkron is the key to easing access to security solutions that are always excellent and simple to use.
