The ESPMCD200 expansion module is a device used to extend the wireless communication of the MCD200 interface or to add additional wireless devices to the system. It is also very useful in environments where the existence of physical obstacles obstructs normal 'long-range' wireless communication, thus ensuring the retransmission of the radio signal. Wireless expansion modules can be programmed for a redundant path to the control interface. Redundant paths are automatically identified and tested by the system during commissioning, making the infrastructure extremely reliable. All wireless communication is based on a dual channel pair in order to avoid traffic on the signal frequency and ensure maximum connection reliability.
